dr. Elemér Kiss

Dr. Elemér Kiss earned his degree from ELTE–Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law, worked in state administration for more than 30 years and was the head of the Prime Minister’s Office. A former auditor for the Hungarian Official Gazette and codifier of Act 10 of 2006 on cooperatives, the co-founder of the office has been an active attorney since 1991. In his free time, Elemér enjoys tennis, reading novels in English and spending time with viniculture.

• Criminal law: legal representation before the court and investigative authorities in criminal cases, such as capital fraud, money laundering, embezzlement, fraudulent breaches of trust, abuse of authority, traffic crimes, etc.;

• Family law: legal counselling, drafting of prenuptial (marriage) contracts, full legal representation before the court or toward out-of-court settlements;
• Personal rights: compensation for emotional distress, media and press rectification, freedom of information;
• Commercial law: construction works and investments.
