dr. Dániel Bálint Kiss

Dr. Dániel Bálint Kiss earned his degree from ELTE–Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law in 2005. He was the external auditor for the periodical ‘Legal Counsellor’ between 2009 and 2010. Joining the Law Office in the summer of 2005, he became an attorney at law in 2010. He represented a client before the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in November, 2021. Author of the handbook “Alkotmány Blvd” (Constitution Blvd). In his spare time, Dániel enjoys playing tennis, reading contemporary novels and theatre.

Highlighted areas:

• Contracts: drafting and construction of contracts, such as sale and purchase agreements including the selling of agricultural lands, donations and assignments, as well as legal counselling, contract-infringement claims and escrow;
• Legal representation: full representation of the client before the court, through out-of-court settlement, as well as before other federal authorities in cases such as orders for payment or performance, expropriation or licenses, filing of constitutional complaints with the Constitutional Court of Hungary, or proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights;
• Employment law: legal counselling, drafting of employment contracts and terminations, legal representation before the court and through out-of-court settlements;
• Succession: drafting and construction of final will and testaments, escrow, legal representation before the court and public notary;
• Personal rights: compensation for emotional distress, media and press rectification, freedom of information;
• Family law: legal counselling, drafting of prenuptial (marriage) contracts, legal representation before the court.
